The Way We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to fulfill your order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with third parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our web site and to better serve our customers.

Keep in mind, you’ll only see this after you click "Checkout" and have begun the checkout process.
Emailing a Friend Function
When a site visitor uses the Email-a-Friend function of Portfolio Home Plans, the friend\'s name and email address must be supplied. Our site automatically sends the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site to view the home plan selected by the sender. We store this information so that we can send this one-time email. The friend may contact Portfolio Home Plans and we will remove this information from our database.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the extensive plan inventory and diverse price options available on Portfolio Home Plans, we may occasionally find data entry errors in the pricing of our plans. Portfolio Home Plans reserves the right to correct such errors as they are discovered. No order and pricing with respect to an order shall be final until confirmed by Portfolio Home Plans.
Refund / Exchange Policy:
Plans printed by Portfolio Home Plans designers are refundable within 10 business days of purchase under the following conditions:
Plans are in their sealed, original packaging and have not been opened (to be determined by the firm that shipped the original order). Customer will pay a 20% re-stocking fee plus all shipping charges. Reproducibles, CAD Files & PDF’s are not refundable under any circumstances due to copyright issues.
Plans ordered from Portfolio Home Plans may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Upon designer approval, customer may exchange for a plan within the same designer’s collection (plan number to have same prefix). Customer will pay 20- 40% of the amount of the original order for re-stocking, plus the difference in cost if exchanging for a higher priced plan. Customer will also be responsible for all shipping charges. Reproducibles, CAD Files & PDF’s are not exchangeable under any circumstances due to copyright issues.
